Choices for Change toolkit

We have developed the Choices for Change toolkit to help local authorities and the wider museums sector to explore alternative options for service delivery.

The toolkit and the scoring matrix use data you collect from your organisation to help identify the most effective and sustainable service delivery model for your business.

We have talked to numerous partners and agencies about the toolkit. This consultation has been instrumental to its development and refinement. This is a plain English guide to what is a complex area.

What next?

We will continue to anticipate changes and pre-empt developments with further materials, advice and actions, helping you make decisions.

Other live research in this area will include:

• Trusts and other service delivery models
• Shared services
• Sustainability and resilience
